Terms and conditions
As a user of this website charityshoppersChrysalis.com (the "Website"), you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you are required to stop using the Website immediately.
General
1. charityshoppers provides and runs the Website specifically on behalf of Chrysalis Club 2000, a registered charity.
2. By making a purchase at a retailer by clicking on a link on the Website, we agree to pay a percentage of any commission received in respect of that purchase from the retailer to Chrysalis Club 2000 in the proportions and manner set out in the conditions below.
3 . Any transactions you make at a retailer after clicking on a link on the Website are with the retailer and not charityshoppers.
How purchases work
4. When you shop with any of the retailers listed on the Website, after clicking through a link to a retailer, charityshoppers receives a commission from that retailer. This commission is paid to us by an affiliate company that acts as a representative of the retailers, providing tracking and control and allowing the retailers to concentrate on their core businesses.
5. Each link to a retailer contains a tracking code which tells the retailer where the visitor has come from, and hence allows the retailer to know who to pay commission to, and how much to pay. Once you visit a retailer through the Website, that retailer normally holds a record of your visit for a specific time, so that if you visit that retailer again within the specified period, they will still pay commission for a purchase.
6. charityshoppers does not store or hold any personal information about anyone who uses the Website. Each retailer will have their own privacy statement, which you should read if you have any privacy concerns.
Your donation
7. 50% of commissions received by charityshoppers on any purchases you make at any retailer through clicking on a link on the Website to that retailer will be paid to Chrysalis Club 2000. The remaining 50%, after covering our operating costs, is passed to [ ], [a registered charity] and charitable trust fund set up specifically to support charities with future fundraising costs. All participating registered charities are eligible to apply for grants from this fund.
8. The affiliate companies receive the commission from the retailers, two months in arrears, and credit it to charityshoppers for onward payment to the charity concerned.
9. Commission is paid to charityshoppers provided a £30 minimum has been reached. If it has not, the commission is carried over to the next month, or any subsequent month where the total commission exceeds the £30 total. charityshoppers will use its best endeavours to make the charity payment within 30 days of receipt from the affiliate companies.

10. charityshoppers may change any content of the Website without further notice.
11. charityshoppers own all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Website content except for content licensed to charityshoppers by third parties. No Website content shall be reproduced except for personal, non-commercial use.
12. charityshoppers will not be liable for any losses or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with use of the Website.
13. All the materials on the Website do not form any kind of advice and are provided for general information purposes only. charityshoppers assumes no responsibility for any inaccuracies on the site and will not be liable for any losses or damage which may arise from reliance on the information on the Website.
